Cosi now at 0.85%…so I’m paying 2.25% on my mortgage.
Not garbage. Not a con. Best mortgage EVER for clear thinking, responsible borrowers.

Comment on Where Is CODI? by Paul https://www.moneycafe.com/2013/09/where-is-codi/#comment-5081 Mon, 29 Sep 2014 21:09:37 +0000 http://www.moneycafe.com/personal-finance/?p=3003#comment-5081 I got the same letter from Wells Fargo. Dropping my CODI index which hasnt been published in over a year to the the 1-Month Eurodollar deposits (London) index with a reduction of 0.02 in my margin. I plotted the two over time on top of each other and they moved almost identically in unison. Seems fair enough I guess.

Dropping the CODI index and going to the 1-Month Eurodollar deposits (London) index. This doesn’t bode well.

Comment on Wachovia COSI by don https://www.moneycafe.com/2008/12/wachovia-cosi/#comment-4583 Thu, 07 Aug 2014 19:49:01 +0000 http://moneycafe.com/blog/?p=142#comment-4583 As of 6/30/14, Wells Fargo reported to its shareholders that it paid an avg. .14% on its interest bearing accounts. The COSI for 6/30/14 was .90%. There is no explanation for such a large difference. Has anyone been able to determine what data and adjustments are used by Wells? How are the rates weighted?
