Mortgage rates were up this past week pushing to the highest levels since the end of 2000. Rates look like they are on their way even higher as they haven’t broken the upward trend started earlier this year. The 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage was 7.31% and the 15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage was 6.72% in Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey released today.
