As anticipated last week, mortgage rates moved up this week out of their recent range. The 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage was at 3.01% in today’s Freddie Mac survey and the 15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage was at 2.28%. Mortgage rates are above 3.00% for the first time since June.
