Mortgage rates are higher this week. The 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage was up to 2.87% in today’s Freddie Mac survey and the 15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage increased to 2.15%. Mortgage rates remain below 3.00%, which on a historical basis are still near all-time lows.
