Mortgage rates started to stabilize this week. The 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage was up slightly to 2.80% in today’s Freddie Mac survey and the 15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage was down slightly to 2.10%. Mortgage rates remain low on a historical basis and were nearing all-time lows.
