Mortgage rates were down again this week. The 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage was 2.93% in today’s Freddie Mac survey – the lowest rate since February. The 15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage ticked up to 2.24%. Overall, mortgage rates still remain low on a historical basis.
