Mortgage rates were again steady this week in a new range they have apparently found. The 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage was 2.73% in today’s Freddie Mac survey and the 15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage was at 2.19%. After moving steadily down for two years, mortgage rates seem to now be finding stability in a new range at these historically low rates for home loans.
