Mortgage Rates Up On Bond Market Moves

As expected, mortgage rates were up this week on recent moves in the bond market. The 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage was 2.79% in today’s Freddie Mac survey and the 15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage was at 2.23%. Notably, mortgage bond yields continue to be relatively volatile.
