Mortgage Rates Finding New Range

On the heels of last weeks move up, rates were down slightly this week. The 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage was 2.77% in today’s Freddie Mac survey and the 15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage was at 2.21%. Mortgage rates have been moving steadily down for two years straight and seem to now be trying to find a new range at these historically low rates for home loans.
