Mortgage rates were unchanged this week in Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates remained at 3.87% this week. The 15 year fixed-rate was down 3 basis points to 3.08%. Next weeks survey will likely be higher for both rates given trends in bond yields.

Ten Year Treasury Rate yields were at 2.31% this afternoon, up 18 basis points since last week, having steadily risen since last week until taking a breather today. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
