Mortgage rates rose this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates were up 11 basis points this week to 3.86%. The 15 year fixed-rate was up 7 basis points to 3.10%.

Ten Year Treasury Rate yields were at 2.10% this afternoon, having spiked to 2.25% last Friday but now back to where they traded last Thursday. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
