Mortgage rates headed lower this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates were down 8 basis points this week to 3.78%. The 15 year fixed-rate was down 4 basis points to 3.06%.

Ten Year Treasury Rate yields were at 1.94% this morning, dropping 16 basis points since last Friday. Most of that drop came this morning on the heels of yesterday’s FOMC statement. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
