Mortgage rates hit new lows this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates were down 7 basis points this week to 3.59%, to a level not seen since May 2013. The 15 year fixed-rate was down 6 basis points to 2.92%.

Ten Year Treasury Rate yields were at 1.81% today, up 6 basis points since last Thursday. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
