Mortgage rates continued their fall this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates were down 3 basis points this week to 3.63%, the lowest survey rates since May 2013. The 15 year fixed-rate was down 5 basis points to 2.93%

Ten Year Treasury Rate yields were at 1.90% this afternoon, up 12 basis points since last Thursday. They have moved surprisingly little given the strength of employment and housing data. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
