Mortgage rates were up a little this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates were up 4 basis points this week to 3.93%. These are still near the lowest levels since May 2013. The 15 year fixed-rate was up 10 basis points to 3.20%
Ten Year Treasury Rate yields were at 2.18% this afternoon. They have dropped by 8 basis points since last Thursday. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
