Mortgage rates dropped this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates were down 8 basis points this week to 3.89%. These are the lowest levels since May 2013. The 15 year fixed-rate was down 7 basis points to 3.10%

Ten Year Treasury Rate yields were at 2.26% this afternoon. They have risen by 3 basis points since last Thursday. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
