Mortgage rates continue to drop according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates were down 15 basis point to 3.97% this week. The 15 year fixed-rate was down 12 basis points at 3.18%.

Ten Year Treasury Rate yields were at 2.15% this afternoon. They are down 18 basis points since last Thursday and have been on a roller coaster the past two days. In fact, the yield momentarily dropped as low as 1.87% yesterday. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
