Mortgage rates were down slightly again this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates down 2 basis points on the week to 4.10%. The 15 year fixed-rate was down 1 basis point to 3.23%.

Ten Year Treasury Rate yields were at 2.41% this afternoon. They are about the same as last Thursday, but had dipped below 2.32% earlier in the week before returning to this level. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
