Mortgage rates were up a little this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates up 2 basis points on the week to 4.14%. The 15 year fixed-rate was up 4 basis points to 3.27%.

However, Ten Year Treasury Rate yields were at 2.43% this afternoon. They are down over 10 basis points since last week and have only touched this level one other time in the past year. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
