Mortgage rates held steady this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates down 2 basis points on the week to 4.12%. The 15 year fixed-rate was unchanged at 3.22%.

Ten Year Treasury Rate yields moved steadily higher throughout the week and were sitting around 2.65% this afternoon, up 13 basis points since last week. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
