Mortgage rates stabilized this week after dropping for several straight weeks according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates up 2 basis points on the week to 4.14%. The 15 year fixed-rate was also up 2 basis points to 3.23%.

Ten Year Treasury Rate yields rose steadily through the week to 2.58% this afternoon, having been as low as 2.40% last week. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
