Mortgage rates were down again this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates down 3 basis points on the week to 4.14%. The 15 year fixed-rate was down 8 basis points to 3.22%.

Ten Year Treasury Rate yields dropped steadily throughout the week and were sitting around 2.52% today, down 10 basis points since last week. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
