Mortgage rates dropped again this week to seven month lows according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates down 2 basis points on the week to 4.12%. The 15 year fixed-rate was down 4 basis points to 3.21%.

Ten Year Treasury Rate yields are their lowest in almost a year. They were at 2.45% this afternoon, having been as low as 2.40% this morning before reversing higher. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
