Mortgage rates were up this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates up 6 basis points on the week to 4.33%. The 15 year fixed-rate was also up 6 basis points to 3.39%.

Ten Year Treasury Rate yields were at 2.69% this afternoon. They had been relatively stable all week mostly staying in the 2.7% range. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
