Mortgage rates dropped again this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates down 7 basis points on the week to 4.27%. The 15 year fixed-rate was down 5 basis points to 3.33%.

Ten Year Treasury Rate yields were up to 2.72% this afternoon. They had been relatively stable all week mostly staying in the 2.62% to 2.64% range; but jumped 8 basis points today. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
