Mortgage rates dropped this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates down 9 basis points on the week to 4.28%. The 15 year fixed-rate was down 7 basis points to 3.32%.
Ten Year Treasury Rate yields are at 2.73% this afternoon. They are up 9 basis points since last Thursday with volatile trading throughout the previous week due to international tensions. Yields hit a low of 2.60% on Monday. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
