Mortgage rates were up again slightly this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates up 5 basis points on the week to 4.33%. The 15 year fixed-rate was up 2 basis points to 3.35%.
Ten Year Treasury Rate yields are at 2.76% today, up only slightly from last Thursday. However the Ten Year Treasury Rate had dipped to 2.68% yesterday and bounced significantly upward in just one day. The bond market is quite volatile and unsure of its direction.
