Mortgage rates were up slightly this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. After four weeks of declining rates, the survey showed 30 year fixed-rates up 5 basis points on the week to 4.28%. The 15 year fixed-rate remained the same at 3.33%.
Ten Year Treasury Rate yields are at 2.74% today, up slightly from last Thursday. Ten Year Treasury Rates had dipped to 2.66% last Friday and have stepped-upward as this week unfolded. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
