Mortgage rates dropped again this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates down 7 basis points on the week to 4.32%. The 15 year fixed-rate was down 4 basis points to 3.40%.
Ten Year Treasury Rate yields are at 2.70% today, down 7 basis points from last week. Treasury Rates have been in a broad range this week, ranging from 2.67% to 2.77%. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
