Mortgage rates appear to be finding a new range according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates down 2 basis points on the week to 4.51%. The 15 year fixed-rate was up 4 basis points to 3.54%. Rates have been right around 4.5% for the 30 year and 3.5% for the 15 year for well over a month.
