Mortgage rates dropped this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates down 10 basis points on the week to 4.41%. The 15 year fixed-rate was down 9 basis points to 3.45%. The rate drop has sparked some activity in mortgage originations.
