Mortgage rates were up this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates up 5 basis points on the week to 4.47%. The 15 year fixed-rate was up 8 basis points to 3.51%. Since the end of the survey period yesterday, rates have risen a little bit more, although not significantly.
