Mortgage rates were up again this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed rates up 17 basis points on the week to 4.46%. (But fees were down to .50%, which is the lowest in years.) The 15 year fixed-rate was also up 17 basis points to 3.47%. (Fees were also down to long time lows at .40%)
Ten Year Treasury Rates are around 2.85%, having raised 10 basis points on the week. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates for the most current bond rates.
