Mortgage rates were down slightly this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates down 4 basis points on the week to 4.42%. The 15 year fixed-rate was also down 4 basis points to 3.43%. (Fees were back to normal at .70%, after the survey had them down last week to .50% and .40% respectively.)
