Mortgage rates did not move much this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed-rates up only 1 basis point on the week to 4.48%. The 15 year fixed-rate was also up 1 basis point to 3.52%. Since the end of the survey period, rates have risen a little bit more, although not significantly.
