Mortgage rates moved up again this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed rates up 19 basis points on the week to 4.35%. The 15 year fixed-rate was up 8 basis points to 3.35%.

Ten Year Treasury Rates are up around 2.7%, having moved up about 10 basis points from last week.
