Mortgage rates dipped this week according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed rates down 13 basis points on the week to 4.22%. The 15 year fixed-rate was down 8 basis points to 3.27%.
Ten Year Treasury Rates are up around 2.8%, having moved up another 10 basis points from last week. This Treasury Rate has been volatile the past couple of days. See our Daily Interest Rate Updates.
