Mortgage rates look like they are staying a while longer in this lower range after their recent drop according to this week’s Freddie Mac Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed rates up 5 basis points on the week to 4.28%. The 15 year fixed-rate was up 2 basis points to 3.33%. See the mortgage survey results below.
