Mortgage rates stabilized this week after their recent drop according to this week’s Freddie Mac Weekly Survey. The survey showed 30 year fixed rates up only 1 basis point to 4.23%. The 15 year fixed-rate was up 2 basis points to 3.31%. Rates are just above levels last seen in June.
