Mortgage rates went back up this week in Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey with 30 year fixed rate loans coming in at 4.57%, up 6 basis points this week. The 15 year fixed-rate rose 5 basis points to 3.59%. Rates are at about the highest they have been in over 2 years.
