Mortgage rates are unchanged this week in Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey with 30 year fixed rate loans remaining at 4.57%. Points charged by lenders were up slightly to 0.8% from 0.7%. The 15 year fixed-rate was also unchanged and remained at 3.59%. As we mentioned last week, rates are at about the highest they have been in over 2 years.
