10 Year Treasury Yield Hits 3.00%

The yield on the 10 Year US Treasury Note hit 3.00% late today, to reach it’s highest level in over two years. It was last at 3.00% in July 2011 and the yield has doubled since last September. These moves continue to drive mortgage rates higher.
