Mortgage rates rose this week in Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey with 30 year fixed rate loans coming in at 4.39% (up 8 basis points on the week.) The 15 year fixed-rate was up slightly at 3.43%. Mortgage Rates look to be on an upswing as bond rates have been mostly rising this week.
