Mortgage rates jumped this week in Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey with 30 year fixed rate loans coming in at 4.58% (up 18 basis points this week.) The 15 year fixed-rate rose to 3.60%. This new upswing brings rates to their highest levels in over 2 years and comes after several weeks of rate stability.
