Mortgage rates eased this week in Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey with 30 year fixed rate loans coming in at 4.51%, down 7 basis points this week. The 15 year fixed-rate dipped 6 basis points to 3.54%. This easing comes on the heals of the highest rates in over 2 years.
