Mortgage rates are down again in Freddie Mac’s weekly mortgage rate survey released earlier today. Their weekly Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS) showed 30 year fixed rates at 4.31% (down 6 basis points from 4.37% last week.) Also, 15 year fixed rate loans were at 3.39% (down 2 basis points from 3.41% last week.) Although, the drop in the bond markets yesterday have driven rates up a bit in the last 24 hours.
