Mortgage rates for 30 year fixed rate loans in Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey were at 3.93% (down 5 basis points on the week) with 0.8% points cost. The 15 year fixed-rate was at 3.04%. This does not take into account the huge jump in rates over the past 2 days. Rates look to be up significantly in next weeks survey and remain volatile.
