Mortgage rates dipped this past week but remain in the same tight range where they have been most of the year according to Freddie Mac’s Weekly Survey. The 30 year fixed-rate was at 3.54% (down 3 basis points on the week,) with 0.8% points.
Since late January 30 Year Fixed Rates have remained between 3.51% and 3.63%. Next weeks rates may be down further as bond rates have dropped a bit the past few days.
