I, Carolyn Aiello, am a founding partner and principal broker of CMA North Bay. The firm was established in 1987 in Santa Rosa to work with developers and the community in establishing residential subdivisions. CMA is an anacronym for Consultation, Marketing and Asset management. We are experienced in property management, exchanges, land development, residential/commercial/industrial sales and leasing, business sales, BPOs, and consultation services. I have been licensed since 1981 and a real estate broker since 1986. Prior to that I was originating and underwriting FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and HUD Repo loans for 9 years in management positions handling transactions throughout Southern California. I was on policy writing committees for the implementation of RESPA, FHA/VA Direct underwriting, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Easton and others. I have managed large corporate real estate brokerage firms with up to 50 agents in Pacific Beach (San Diego County) and San Rafael (Marin County). I also have experience in Title and Escrow. The local communities that I currently work are Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Penngrove, Sebastopol, Windsor, Healdsburg, Novato and San Rafael. I have handled transactions in all of the cities in Marin County as well as the San Francisco Bay Area cities of Alamo, Danville, Cupertino, Clearlake, Napa, Calistoga, Oakland and Hayward. I also have networking relationships with brokers in San Diego and Santa Barbara Counties.
