We are a company that works in the pre-foreclosure space. We work with real estate listing agents to shorten the turn times on a short sale. We represent over 8000 private investors that are looking to purchase real estate at the pre-foreclosure level. We enable the short sale listing agent to engage with the bank within 24 hours of receiving the short sale listing. This is due to the fact that we are cash buyers and have proof of funds. What this does for the listing agent is determine (while the home is on MLS) what the lender will agree upon when it comes to accepting less.
